|Free Will Service|
We should all have a will which sets out our wishes.
Why else do I need a Will?
Who are Wills for?
Life can be unpredictable and sometimes cruel, so it makes sense while we hope for the best, to plan for the worst. If you leave it until you need it, then it might be too late.
Almost everyone has something which is of value to them, whether it be photographs, heirlooms or something else of purely sentimental value. Having a Will makes sure these things go to the right person.
If you have dependent children, a Will is an important tool for setting out who you want to look after them. This is particularly crucial where there is no obvious surviving relative to take on that responsibility, such as a husband or wife.
Why should I use McClure?
There is no obligation to use McClure and the phonebook is full of solicitors who will provide you with a Will service, perhaps some of them on a similar, free basis. However, disAbility Cornwall & Isles of Scilly has chosen to promote this opportunity with McClure because:
What other Services does McClure provide?
In addition to the free will service for new Wills, McClure can also undertake free Will Reviews to check your Will is up to date and legal.
They also offer a half price Lasting Power of Attorney service and are specialists in asset protection, estate planning and inheritance planning.
You can discuss these with them should you wish to.
What’s the Catch?
There is none! You are under no obligation and you will not be asked to pay for this service.
What we hope is that, if you are able to, you will consider making a donation to disAbility Cornwall & Isles of Scilly and / or consider us in terms of a legacy in your Will.
100% of your donation will come to us, helping us to sustain our frontline support services and continue our work of making Cornwall & the Isles of Scilly healthier, happier and better places to live for everyone.
