Focus Groups

When a building is being designed or a new service created, it’s vital that everyone can use it.

We provide various consultation services such as mystery shopping and planned consumer audits, geared to making buildings and services as inclusive as possible. One of the most popular of these is focus groups, where small groups of people provide expert feedback on anything from road improvements to tourist attractions.

We welcome our members getting involved with these and will pay you for your time and cover your travel costs.

If you are interested in any of our consultation services, please contact us.

The workshop feedback and report provided some very useful ideas, which have helped us to improve the project at the design stage. This will help ensure the scheme is accessible and enjoyed by everyone. I look forward to working with you again.
