From April 2011 everyone who receives social care support will get a personal budget following their review.   We actively promote this opportunity for self directing your own support through a personal budget. This will enable you to have increased choice and control over your own life. Should you decide to manage your own budget, don't feel daunted by the prospect of becoming an employer, we are here to help in many ways. We can give you advice and support  through our DIAL service, help you manage your budget and assist you with everything you need to do.   Our professional services will assist you with the technical aspects of managing your budget such as:  Payroll  Managed Accounts  Employer Support

Payroll

We offer a monthly payroll service which includes:

Payslips, employer summary report detailing tax & national insurance returns, P45's & P35 end of year tax return. We do everything for you, leaving you to simply make payments to your employees and HMRC.

Managed Accounts

Our managed account service costs just £30 per month (£6.92 weekly) for which we:

1. Receive and manage funds on your behalf
2. Maintain records to show how the money has been spent
3. Make payments to your employees & HMRC
4. Make payments to any other supplier as required

If you use both our payroll and managed account service we offer a discount.

We can provide assistance with arranging and attending interviews or can simply provide you with an interview room should you wish. Contact us with your requirements.

Personal Assistant Register & Employer Support

We have a facility for employers to find PA's within our website.Simply register, complete your profile and it will present you with a shortlist of PA's who match your requirements. This facility also hosts a range of resource guides and templates which you can download, such as, invitation to interview and job offer letters, employment contracts and tables which enable you to calculate your PA's holiday entitlement. In addition, there is also a range of good practice information and guidance to support you in your role as an employer.

If you would like to use any of these support services, let your case co-ordinator know when you are putting together your support plan and these costs can be taken into consideration.
